Code For Sustainable Homes Assessor - Construction

Location: Cheshire

Basic Salary: £25,000 Per Annum car or allowance, pension, healthcare, childcare vouchers, sharesave scheme 25 days holiday

This is a head office position within the Research & Sustainability Department of a large national housing developer, located near Chester

The successful candidate will be part of a small team offering advise and Code assessments for our developments across England, Scotland and Wales.

Duties:
Code for Sustainable Homes assessor with experience in Pre, Design and Post Construction assessments
Completing SAP and EPC assessments for new build dwellings
National coverage assessing new developments
Liaising with Regional offices to assist in offering advice with CfSH and carrying out assessments
Ability to prepare Energy Statements for submission to Local Authority would be an advantage

Requirements for the position:
CfSH assessor with 1-2 years experience in Design and Post Construction assessments
Construction knowledge with experience in residential sector would be advantageous
Qualification in either, Architecture, Renewable Energy, Sustainability, and Building Construction would be advantageous
Full driving License

Salary: upto £26k
