Quantity Surveyor - Construction
Location: London
Basic Salary: £40,000 Per Annum benefits
We currently have an opportunity for a chartered quantity surveyor with two years' post qualification experience within the Offices, Retail, Education and Health sectors.You will be educated and qualified to MRICS with a minimum of 2 years commercial experience.
NHS Healthcare experience in feasibility studies using Decags & MIPS on both new-build and exisiting NHS facilities, Be a self-motivated person who is capable of leading projects as well as project surveyor, and with employer's agent, contract administration and project management experience.
