CDM Co-Ordinator - Construction

Location: Berkshire

Basic Salary: £35,000 Per Annum benefits

We have an excellent opportunity within a property & construction Consultancy for a CDM-C to work with the company's Technical and health & safety staff in the Reading and other regional offices to further develop both in-house services and the services they offer to clients in Health & Safety and CDM Co-ordinator roles.

Ideally, candidates should be graduates with NEBOSH Construction Certificate or IOSH qualifications, with 2-3 years practical Health & Safety experience gained within the Construction Industry, and registered APS CDM-C.

Key requirements are:

Small project CDM-C experience is essential
Complex Project experience is desirable
CDM design risk management experience is essential
NEBOSH Construction/General Certificate is essential
Tech IOSH Membership is desirable
Attendance at recognised CDM-C 3-day training course is desirable
Good time management skills are essential
Ability to manage 10+ small projects is essential
Candidates must also have good commercial understanding, be able to work with the minimum of supervision and be a team player.

This is an opportunity for a hands-on CDM Co-ordinator not a H&S generalist/consultant.
