I am looking for an Operations Manager to join a leading facilities management company within the public and private sector to work on a permanent basis in the Midlands. Reporting into the Director you will be responsible for managing multiple sites across the region, responsible for the delivery of both hard and soft services.

Managing teams you will be responsible for reviewing and developing ongoing strategies in regards to various projects. You will build relationships with key clients to ensure the smooth running of the project, as well as having responsibility for financial targets.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working in a senior management position, have managed multi site FM contracts and experience of developing commercial and contractual agreements.

You will be a strong term player who is able to mentor and guide your team along with string communication skills.
