Sales And Marketing Advisor - Construction

Location: Essex

Basic Salary: £30,000 Per Annum

I am looking for an experienced Sales and Marketing Advisor to work on a permanent
basis in Essex.

Reporting into the Sales Manager you will be responsible for:


•Obtaining Construction/Planned Maintenance (not reactive) tendering opportunities
from Local Authorities, Social Housing Providers and Commercial Clients within the £50k – £3m range

•You will be promoting a highly successful and well-respected long established construction company within the local authority, architectural, surveying practices, social housing providers and the commercial market. As a recognised ‘name’ we are seeking a driven sales person to promote our business in the £50k - £3m range – not OJEU market

•Assisting to further develop and maintain existing and new relationships


You will come from a sales focused background, ideally within the construction industry, be a team player with strong communication skills.
