Recruitment Consultant - Construction

Due to continued growth, we are now looking to appoint an experienced, professional Recruitment Consultant to join our South East Office in Ruislip.
The ideal candidate will have considerable experience within Civil Engineering/ Rail or Construction recruitment and have a highly professional attitude and a proven billing history.
Responsibilities will include:
• Business development, establishing new relationships
• Maintaining existing relationships
• Securing new business
• Sourcing suitable candidates through a range of methods
• Liaising, if appropriate with colleagues on the resourcing team
• Interviewing potential candidates to assess suitability
• Conducting client meetings
• Placing candidates into available roles with your clients
